In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "vinpkr," "we," "us," "our" refers to vinpkr, the internationally licensed online casino and sports betting operator accessible at vinpkr.pro.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the vinpkr platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers collectively to the vinpkr website, mobile interface, all casino games, live dealer tables, sportsbook, and any associated software or services.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the vinpkr platform.

By creating a vinpkr account, you represent and warrant that:

vinpkr reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any funds deposited may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory obligations. vinpkr takes underage gambling extremely seriously and operates zero-tolerance enforcement on this matter.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vinpkr login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party under any circumstances. vinpkr will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are active is your sole responsibility. 3.3 One Account Per Household

Where multiple individuals share the same residential address, IP address, or payment method, vinpkr may treat such accounts as related accounts for the purposes of bonus eligibility and fraud review. Separate accounts belonging to different verified individuals at the same address are permitted, but each individual may only hold one account.

5.1 Deposit Processing

5.2 Deposit Ownership

All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, funds deposited from an account registered in another person's name — are strictly prohibited. vinpkr reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and conduct enhanced due diligence where a mismatch between the depositing account and the registered account holder is detected.

5.3 Currency

All account balances, bets, and withdrawals on vinpkr are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting. No foreign currency conversion fees are charged by vinpkr on PKR transactions.

Players may request withdrawal of available funds (defined as account balance minus any locked bonus funds still subject to wagering requirements) at any time subject to the following conditions being met:

• The Player's account has successfully completed KYC verification.
• There are no open fraud, security, or compliance investigations on the account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount of PKR 500 is met.

6.1 Processing Times

6.2 Withdrawal Limits

6.3 Refused Withdrawals

vinpkr may refuse or delay a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage betting, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity. In such cases, vinpkr will notify the Player of the hold and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond before any final determination is made.

vinpkr offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and reload bonuses. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are communicated at the time of offer. The following general bonus terms apply to all vinpkr promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have successfully registered and verified their account.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus using multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being voided and accounts being suspended.
• Standard wagering requirements on bonuses are 30x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states a different requirement.

8.1 Casino Games

All casino games available on vinpkr use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or genuine live streams. Game outcomes are determined by the game software or physical dealing process and cannot be influenced by vinpkr or the Player outside of the normal course of gameplay. In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection, vinpkr will endeavour to restore the game state from its server logs. Where a game round cannot be recovered, the stake will be refunded to the Player's account.

8.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets including PSL cricket, international cricket, football, and other sports are offered subject to the following: minimum bet amounts are displayed on each market; maximum payout limits apply and are displayed before bet confirmation; vinpkr reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the result has already been determined at the time of placement (late bets); and odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference is issued, the odds are locked.

8.3 Bet Cancellation

Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet ID issued, vinpkr does not accept bet cancellation requests except where the event is postponed, cancelled, or where a palpable error in the offered odds is identified. Palpable errors — defined as odds that are clearly and demonstrably incorrect due to a technical or human error — entitle vinpkr to void the bet and return the stake to the Player's account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vinpkr platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling vinpkr to suspend or permanently close the offending account, withhold balances pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to register an account for the purpose of circumventing limits, bans, or bonus restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity or verification documents during KYC.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful source.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit the Platform in an automated manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings accumulated through a known or suspected exploit may be voided pending investigation.

• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP masking service for the purpose of bypassing geo-restrictions or disguising your true location.

vinpkr provides all registered Players with direct access to the following responsible gaming tools, available from your account settings without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration in a single session.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing your net win/loss for the current session at intervals of your choosing.
• Cooling-Off Period: Suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) during which login is not possible. This cannot be reversed before the period expires.

vinpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at its sole discretion in any of the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Player's bank or payment provider.
• Account inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. Dormant account balances under PKR 500 may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee of PKR 50 after the 12-month inactive period, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the Player.

In the event of account closure at vinpkr's initiative due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after deducting any amounts owed to vinpkr, subject to the outcome of any ongoing investigation.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting live chat or emailing [email protected]. Available real-money balances will be withdrawn to the Player's verified payment method following standard KYC checks.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vinpkr's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your vinpkr account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or third-party infrastructure failures beyond vinpkr's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform that contain a palpable error.

Nothing in these Terms limits vinpkr's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.

All content on the vinpkr platform — including but not limited to the vinpkr brand name, logo, game content, software, text, graphics, user interface design, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of vinpkr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial online gambling in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the vinpkr platform or its content without the prior written consent of vinpkr.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which vinpkr holds its international gaming licence. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
